You are ready to track your pet now using the tracker.

Maybe a friend has taken the pet for a walk, or you want to just see how the tracker operates when you are out and about.

Make sure you have also setup your tracker and a Pet Profile and have connected the tracker to a pet and setup your tracker subscription.

Go the GPS tracking page by clicking “GPS Tracker” on the selected Pet Profile page and make sure the tracker status is “connected” as indicated under the “GPS Tracker” words.

The GPS tracker map will be displayed.

Make sure you are in an area with good GPS signal. If signal is poor a message will be displayed on the screen – GPS signal not available.

Move to a location with a stronger signal. The GPS signal message should disappear.

At home or in Normal Mode, your tracker saves battery by not updating its position. GPS signals are often blocked by walls and roofs indoors, regular updates may not appear.

Using your finger swipe upwards from the white area at the bottom of the screen until you see a blue button that says, “Start Live Tracking”.

You will receive a message that says live tracking is starting but it may take a few minutes so make sure you leave the app open while the tracker connects to the GPS signal and network.

Once the connection is made your live tracking has started. This will run for 5 minutes (the default setting in the app) at the moment you cannot extend this time.
