How to stop askavetonline.com charges
Cancel on their site.
Open the cancel-membership page and log in with the email you gave when you paid. If you never set a password, use “Forgot password” with that email.
Can’t get in?
Your bank statement usually shows a contact number next to the charge. Use it, or the help page on their site.
Still being charged?
Ask your bank or card issuer to block future charges from that merchant, and ask about disputing charges you didn’t agree to.
Is it really an Ask A Vet plan?
Cancel it in the app: Profile → Subscriptions → Cancel subscription.
The cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep every paid feature until that date, you are not charged again, and you can resume any time before it.
