Yes. Many people use it when they are trying to work out whether they need to book in, monitor at home, or go straight to an emergency clinic. It helps give context, next steps, and better preparation.

Choose a vet, appointment time and a 15- or 30-minute video or audio call. Calls take place through Google Meet and are automatically recorded. You pay per call, with discounted rates for Premium members.

For emergencies, seek immediate in-person veterinary care. AI guidance, chat and booked calls cannot replace emergency treatment.

Every account starts on the Free plan. It carries unlimited pet profiles, unlimited Smart ID tags for each animal, and telehealth video calls at the regular per-call rate. GPS tracking, family sharing and the app's vet chats, pet documents and health tracking are not included.

No plan includes telehealth consults — every call is paid per call. Premium is the only plan with a discounted per-call rate. The price for each call length is shown in the app before you book, so you always see what a consult costs first.
