Tips, patterns and trends are vet-designed, built on rules and bands. They are not medical diagnoses, disease detection or medical-grade measurements, and the Separation Anxiety Monitor flags behaviour patterns rather than establishing a diagnosis.

Built-in QR identification

If someone finds your pet, scanning the tracker opens a profile with your chosen contact details.

The finder needs no app; scan location is shared when the finder allows it. Lost mode updates the finder profile, enables scan alerts and tells the family.

Do I need a subscription, and what does it cost?

Yes. Live tracking and the advanced tracker features require a Tracker Plan or Premium. Current prices and billing periods are shown in the plan comparison above and before you check out.

Will it work where I live or travel?

The tracker needs GPS reception and mobile coverage where your pet is. It connects over LTE-M or NB-IoT through our partner networks — use “Check if it works in your country” at the top of this page to see whether your country is supported.

Does my phone need to stay near my pet?

No. The tracker uses its own mobile connection to send updates, so your phone does not need to stay beside your pet when the tracker has the required reception and coverage. Bluetooth is used for nearby connection and finding controls.

How often does the location update?

Normal tracking checks in on a schedule; LIVE tracking uses more frequent updates and more battery. Updates and accuracy depend on GPS reception, mobile coverage and tracking mode.

What happens when GPS or mobile reception is weak?

The app shows the last reported location along with location status and accuracy information, and continues updating when the tracker has reception again.

Is it suitable for my pet and collar?

The tracker is for cats and dogs over 4 kg and attaches to a suitable collar with the included silicone strap.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

The battery lasts up to 2 weeks. Recharge with USB-C and check battery status in the app; a power-saving zone at home helps reduce charging frequency. Battery life varies with tracking mode, reception and settings.

Can it get wet?

The tracker is water resistant (IPX67), so everyday splashes, rain and muddy adventures are fine.

Can my family track the same pet?

Yes — you can give the people who help care for your pet access to location and history. Access depends on the owner’s plan and permissions; battery and temperature notifications remain owner-only.

Do I need a tracker for each pet I want to follow at the same time?

Yes, each pet wears their own tracker. Plans include tracker slots — one on Tracker Plan, two on Premium — and extra slots are a paid add-on. Slots are service allowances; hardware is purchased separately.

What do the activity and sleep insights tell me?

Activity minutes, steps, distance, calorie estimates and goals, plus day and night sleep patterns with vet-designed tips and trends. They are not medical diagnoses and do not replace veterinary care.

What is included, and what are the delivery and return terms?
